Project Management
I Work with Small & Medium sized organisations to plan
and manage a wide range of tasks and resources.
I aim to minimise risk, communicate progress and deliver the
results to my clients, all within agreed time scales.
My role varies from project to project and can range from
partial or total ownership – from initial conception to
completion. I am able to work closely with the client's
internal staff and other third party suppliers.
Project management co-ordinates all participating resources
in order to achieve the project's objective of delivery
on-time, on-cost and to specification. The Project Manager
is responsible for exercising control over cost and time,
and to execute the project in line with the company's agreed
processes and standards of performance and documentation.
