Geoff Ruck – Geoff is a Business IT Consultant & Trainer, who started his career with IBM in the early days of computing. Since then he has worked in computer operations, data communications and project management, of both multi-national businesses and in the social sector.

With over 20 years experience of Data Protection Act, Geoff has assisted a number of well known companies to meet their legal requirements and he has been a member of several working parties on the subject.

His extensive knowledge of IT operations and project management make Geoff well qualified to deliver practical IT solutions for developing businesses.

During his time in IT, Geoff has been ‘fortunate’ enough to experience three natural disasters to the computer facilities for which he was responsible. It is a creditable boast that not a single item of data was lost as a result of these disasters, and the end users suffered only minor inconvenience.

Geoff’s enthusiastic training style is backed by a wealth of experience gleaned from his years in the IT Industry.

He is a member of the British Computer Society and an Associate of the Chartered Management Institute.
